The Communications Specialist for the IT & Solutions department of SoftwareOne is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that support IT & Solutions initiatives across the organization. This role will also drive organizational change efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with IT & Solutions endeavors within SoftwareOne.

Job Requirements

• 2 - 4years of experience in developing and executing communication plans and strategies, as well as experience in conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Strong understanding of corporate communication principles, best practices, and proficiency in crafting and delivering corporate messages.
• International mindset and ability to engage with colleagues from all around the world.
• Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail
• Capable of translating sophisticated IT concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences
• Skilled in using M365 Suite, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Effective in both independent and collaborative work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Knowledgeable in organizational change methodologies and tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels
• Creative and strategic problem solver with innovative communication solutions
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
