Internal Control Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring complete adherence to ICRF guidelines and maintaining the highest standards of internal control procedures in all FSSC processes. This includes performing gap analysis, implementing action plans within committed deadlines, and driving process improvements where necessary. You will also need to have a good understanding of various SSC processes and maintain updated documentation of all FSSC processes, policies, and agreements. Your role will involve coordinating and ensuring that Compliance audits for FSSC and internal audits for business are concluded without any major observations. Additionally, you will be responsible for the entire GL activity, including month ending, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Group Audit for two or more businesses. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience of 1-4 years in a similar role - Education: CA/CMA (1st or 2nd attempt) - Expert knowledge of Internal Audit and Controls - Good knowledge of Financial Accounting, IND AS & IFRS - Good Knowledge of SAP - Good Knowledge of Excel - Certification in Systems Audit would be an added advantage - Eye for details and process improvements Please note that the above details are based on the information provided in the job description.,
