Internal Control Specialist

As a candidate with 1-4 years of experience and holding a CA/CMA qualification (1st or 2nd attempt), your role will entail ensuring strict adherence to ICRF guidelines and maintaining the highest standards of internal control procedures across all FSSC processes. You will be tasked with conducting gap analyses and executing action plans within specified deadlines. Your responsibilities will also include gaining a comprehensive understanding of various SSC processes and driving necessary process enhancements. It will be your duty to keep all documentation related to FSSC processes, policies, and agreements up to date. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing Compliance audits for FSSC as well as internal audits for business operations, ensuring that these audits are completed without any significant findings. In this position, you will be accountable for the entire GL activity of two or more businesses, overseeing tasks such as month-end activities, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Group Audit. Your experience should encompass expert knowledge of Internal Audit and Controls, a solid understanding of Financial Accounting, IND AS & IFRS, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and ideally, a certification in Systems Audit. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach towards process improvements will be key attributes for success in this role.,
