Internal Auditor (Finance and Compliance)

The Internal Auditor (Finance) role is crucial in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and risk management within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting financial audits to guarantee adherence to regulations and company policies, identifying risks, assessing internal controls, and recommending corrective actions. Moreover, you will be analyzing financial records, transactions, and statements for accuracy and preparing audit reports with findings and improvement suggestions. Collaborating with teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Possessing certifications such as CPA, CIA, ACCA, or CISA would be an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit/finance roles is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
