Internal Audit - Lead Associate - Gurgaon

As a part of the team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for reviewing existing processes to identify design gaps and propose innovative solutions. Your role will involve designing new controls, preparing risk and control matrices, and remedying control gaps within processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting current processes, designing new ones, and conducting periodic audits to ensure control effectiveness. In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external audit teams, showcasing your expertise in financial products such as Fixed Asset, Revenue Expenditure, and Capital Expenditure. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the SLA tracker, managing checklists, and ensuring adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and Accuracy standards. Furthermore, your proficiency in designing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be crucial to the role.
