Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Audit professional with 3–4 years of experience to join our finance team in Churchgate, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting audits, reviewing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits across various functions including finance, operations, and compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management processes, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare audit reports, highlight findings, and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist in regulatory and statutory compliance audits.
• Coordinate with management to implement audit recommendations and track progress.
• Support in special audits, process reviews, and fraud investigations as required.
• Keep updated with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices in internal audit.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies and risk assessment.
• Experience in reviewing financial statements and operational processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with attention to detail.

Education & Certification:

• CA Final from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Experience:

• 3 – 4 years in internal audit or related finance functions in corporates, professional services, or consulting firms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
