Internal Audit (Compliance, Risk & Quality Audit)

Your role will focus on ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying risks, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Verify the documents processed by the invoicing team using standard procedures. - Generate periodical compliance reports. - Process internal branch transfers based on business requirements. - Participate in various audit processes of the supply chain, including freight, open Sales/Purchase Orders, local purchases, and shipment statuses. - Validate documents uploaded in the system according to standard procedures. - Act as a liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues. - Provide necessary information and support to inventory and warehouse personnel for the timely processing of damaged and defective merchandise. - Perform any additional duties as required or requested. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's Degree with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in an INTERNATIONAL BPO, with a specialization in Order Management preferred. - Strong relationship management skills for liaising with customers and US stakeholders. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, learn, and adapt effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) to engage with employees and management at all levels. - Proficiency in PC skills, especially Microsoft Office products like Excel, Word, and optionally Access. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and follow-up skills are crucial. - Capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders at all levels, taking ownership of issues until resolution with minimal supervision.
