Role Overview: As an intern at Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL) in Jaipur, Rajasthan, your role will involve assisting in jewelry production processes, including casting, polishing, and finishing. You will work on process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce material wastage. Supporting the quality control team in ensuring product standards and specifications will be one of your key responsibilities. Collaboration with the design and production teams to enhance manufacturing techniques, conducting research and analysis on materials and production methods, as well as maintaining documentation and reports related to production workflow will also be part of your tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in jewelry production processes, including casting, polishing, and finishing. - Work on process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce material wastage. - Support the quality control team in ensuring product standards and specifications. - Collaborate with the design and production teams to enhance manufacturing techniques. - Conduct research and analysis on materials and production methods. - Maintain documentation and reports related to production workflow. Qualification Required: - Pursuing or completed B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. - Interest in the jewelry industry and precision engineering. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other relevant software is a plus.
