Software Testing Trainee Program

Upon successful completion of the 3-month program:

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply software testing fundamentals under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
• Assist the testing team in creating test cases, executing test scenarios, and documenting results.
• Understand the SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Participate in real-time project tasks and contribute to quality assurance activities.
• Support the team with day-to-day testing tasks and maintain documentation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Eligibility

• B.Tech graduates (2023–2025 pass-outs) from any engineering stream.

• Immediate availability for the full 3-month training period.
