We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Intern who can help us in recording and developing training videos for various departments. The intern will work closely with department heads and the HR team to document processes and create structured, engaging training content.
Key Responsibilities
Record live processes, demonstrations, and departmental activities.
Edit and produce short, professional-quality training videos.
Add voice-over, subtitles, and graphics to enhance the learning experience.
Work with multiple departments to understand and document processes.
Maintain a structured video library for employee training.
Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of video shooting (camera or mobile).
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Filmora, Canva, or similar).
Good communication & presentation skills.
Interest in training & development, multimedia, or process documentation.
Eligibility
Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-graduation in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Media Studies, Business Administration, or IT.
Candidates with prior experience/interest in video editing & content creation will be preferred.
