About the Role:

Marketing Mind is looking for a curious, culturally in-tune intern who can support our social + IP team with research, brand mapping, and insight spotting. Someone who lives on the internet, loves decoding trends, and has a strong eye for what makes an idea click. You’ll work closely on special projects.. from influencer tracking and brand campaign research to spotting global IP ideas that can be adapted to the Indian market.

What you will Bring:

• Trend Mapping:

  Tracking emerging trends across marketing, social media, pop culture, and tech.

• Campaign Spotting:

  Curating relevant and interesting brand campaigns, creator collabs, and stunts.

• Research for IPs:

  Supporting the ideation of original IPs with reference research (India + global).

• Social Listening:

  Helping monitor audience behaviour, brand conversations, and meme movements.

• Competitor Analysis:

  Mapping what other media brands and creators are doing in the same space.

• Industry Outreach:

  Reaching out to marketers, founders, creators, and industry professionals as part of research or project inputs.

• Deck Building & Notes:

  Structuring findings into clean, concise formats (Slides / Docs).

• Special Projects:

  Assisting on show development, awards, and series planning.

What we are Looking for:

• You’re active on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and maybe even Reddit/Twitter.
• You enjoy researching, watching content, and going down rabbit holes.
• You can make sense of chaos and distil information into actionable insights.
• You have an interest in marketing, media, advertising, creators, and how ideas work.
• You’re proactive, organised, and don’t wait around to be told what to do.

Qualification:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
