You will be joining SocialGrade as an E-commerce and Social Media Intern at our office located in Airoli. As part of our team, you will play a key role in managing e-commerce platforms, executing social media marketing activities, conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will also involve contributing to the creation of engaging social media content, interacting with the online community, and supporting sales efforts. To excel in this role, you should possess strong proficiency in commerce and sales, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. Prior experience in customer service, a good understanding of social media platforms, and digital marketing techniques will be beneficial. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can take initiative, work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
