Job Description: As a Sales Associate at the company in Alwarpet, Chennai, your role will involve sourcing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, identify key players, and collaborate with sales executives to ensure successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements. - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. - Achieve monthly targets. - Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. - Maintain and expand the database of prospects. - Team with partners to build pipelines and close deals. - Perform effective online demos for prospects when required. Qualifications Required: - Strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate thoughts and ask the right questions. - Strong listening and presentation skills. - Ability to learn and adapt to processes quickly. - Pleasant, patient, and calm demeanor when interacting with leads or clients. - High proficiency with MS Office and Google Work (Docs, Sheets, and Slides). - Effective and confident communicator, both verbal and written.,
