Intern - Punjabi/Odia/Bengali (User support - T&S)

As an Intern at ShareChat and Moj, you will be part of the Trust & Safety team, responsible for ensuring the safety and positive experience of our users. Your role involves identifying and addressing customer needs, maintaining trust through effective communication, providing accurate information, meeting productivity targets, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly. You will also be involved in record-keeping, following communication procedures, and going the extra mile to engage customers and deliver exceptional service.
