Job Description

Landscape mapping of alternative funding & pricing models in India/LMICs through secondary research and development of alternative funding dashboard

About the Role

Major accountabilities

Compile list of all alternative funding models implemented by pharma companies in India and LMICs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial to gather insights
Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops, where applicable.
Liaise with external support partners (e.g., consulting firms, data vendors, access facilitators) to gather insights on alternative funding projects in India
Develop dashboard on the existing alternative funding projects in India CPO
Monitor the progress of outsourced tasks and maintain trackers for deliverables, timelines, and quality checks

Minimum Requirements
Work Experience

Skills

Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail and the ability to draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Enthusiastic about healthcare policy, pricing strategies, and improving patient access
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Must be comfortable being part of a team, with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
