Job Description

Position: Content Creator Intern – Infographic & Animated Video (People & Culture Team) Location: Bangalore Duration: 2 months About the Role: We at LetsTransport are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator Intern to join our People & Culture team. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging infographic content and animated videos that bring our internal communications, HR initiatives, and employer branding to life. Key Responsibilities: Design compelling infographics to communicate HR policies, culture initiatives, and internal processes. Create animated videos for onboarding, employee engagement, DEI, wellness campaigns, and learning & development. Support internal branding and storytelling across platforms (emails, presentations, social media, etc.). Collaborate with the People & Culture team to translate ideas into visual formats that resonate with employees. Edit and iterate on feedback to ensure high-quality output aligned with the LetsTransport brand. What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or other animation software. A strong sense of design, motion, and visual storytelling. Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to employer branding and HR communications. Creative mindset and ability to simplify complex ideas visually. Bonus if you have: Experience with explainer video tools like Animaker. Interest in people-centric stories, culture building, or HR initiatives.
