Backend Support Intern

Location: Noida (On-site)
Industry: Education / Ed-Tech
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the backend operations team in data management, report preparation, and process coordination.
• Update and maintain student and lead records in the CRM system.
• Support counsellors and management by providing accurate backend reports on daily performance.
• Handle email and WhatsApp queries, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.
• Coordinate with the tech and sales teams for smooth data flow and backend accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all records are updated systematically.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, data entry, formatting).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn backend operations in an Ed-Tech environment.
• Prior internship or experience in admin/support roles is a plus.
