As a Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, supporting onboarding procedures, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, contributing to HR projects, and providing administrative support to the HR team. Your role will involve handling sensitive information with professionalism and maintaining confidentiality at all times. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, self-motivation, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. It is preferred that you are based in Pune or willing to relocate for this internship. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
