Job Description

Gather client requirements and implement them in Cvent s event management software
Communicate with the client and review the initial implementation with them and make required changes
Provide suggestions to the client to improve the overall result of the implementation and help client meet their goals
Understand project goals, objectives, products, services and identify constraints, risks by working with the project team and stakeholders.
Offer best practice tips to clients in an effort to boost their meeting attendance via Cvent s marketing engine
Document all communication with the client in Cvent s CRM software

Heres What You Need:

Seeking interns graduating in 2025 or 2026 who have completed a bachelors or Post Graduation degree with strong academic credentials, ideally in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or a related field; students from other disciplines with substantial project-based experience are welcome.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders in the US, UK, or Australia; prior exposure through internships, projects, coursework, or international experiences (study, work, or travel) is a plus.
Bring strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
Show high performance, such as ranking within the top 20% of your class or cohort.
Have high comfort using online software products and web-based tools.
Possess familiarity with HTML and Adobe Photoshop as a plus.
Be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Be a quick learner with a positive attitude who thrives in collaborative team environments.
