Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome) in counselling students for study abroad 

opportunities across the globe.  

• Understanding of global universities, courses, and career pathways across various disciplines.  

• Ability to guide students aligned with their academic background, interests, and career goals.  

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite); willingness to learn is essential. 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students and parents. 

• Provide personalised guidance on course and university selection based on student profiles.  

• Help students shortlist institutions and programmes aligned with their goals. 

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 

• Assist with application preparation and submission, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.  

• Guide students through the complete process, including documentation and application. 

• Represent Global Scholar at educational fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events, championing our mission to empower future global leaders.  

• The scope of work is not limited to the duties mentioned here and may include other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
