As a Design & Communications Intern at Teach For India, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Design team to understand how design and storytelling play a crucial role in fulfilling Teach For India's mission. You will be involved in creating visual assets, organizing design resources, and contributing fresh ideas while gaining practical exposure to campaigns, social media, and brand communications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in designing digital and print materials such as social media posts, newsletters, presentations, reports, and event branding. - Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the development of impactful campaigns. - Help in backend tasks like organizing design files, updating brand libraries, and maintaining documents. - Support teammates in executing design and communication requests, translating ideas into compelling outputs. - Explore opportunities to learn new design tools, trends, and storytelling techniques during your role. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Communication, Visual Arts, Media, or related fields. - Basic familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva (basic proficiency is sufficient). - Interest in social media and digital storytelling. - A passion for education and utilizing creativity for social impact.
