Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and visual storytelling. This role demands a high level of creativity, trend awareness, and conceptual thinking. You will be responsible for crafting storyboards, moodboards, and guiding the creative direction for product shoots and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards for photo and video shoots.
• Research and stay updated with the latest beauty and skincare trends, product innovations, and global campaign styles.
• Provide creative direction and copy ideas for catalogs, brand content, and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to bring creative ideas to life with strong visual communication.
• Source and coordinate with models, influencers, and talents required for shoots.
• Work with the production and styling teams to ensure creative vision is maintained throughout execution.
• Write sharp, original, and effective copy for campaign visuals, social media, and product communication.

• Good understanding of skincare and makeup industry
• Ability to research and decode market and competitor trends

• Familiarity with campaign moodboarding, visual references, and production planning
