Intern Corporate (Legal)

As part of the Business and Strategic Alliances team at CoinDCX, you will be responsible for driving innovation through key partnerships to enhance offerings and market reach. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and utilizing strategic thinking to create value for CoinDCX and its partners. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions. - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents. - Support due diligence exercises and transaction documentation. - Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws. - Prepare internal notes, trackers, and summaries of key transactions. Qualifications Required: - Must be in the 5th year of law school or recent graduates from top-tier colleges only. - Must have interned with top-tier law firms or reputed companies. - Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 3 months to the internship. - Ideal for candidates with a keen interest in corporate and transactional work.
