Intern - Community Operations

Role Overview: As an Intern in the Community Operations team at GL, you will play a crucial role in the international delivery operations by creating and maintaining a pool of Gurus (Industry Experts) to ensure delivery targets are met while maintaining the quality of the learning experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include scouting and identifying SMEs in various technology stacks, engaging with prospects as a Great Learning ambassador, assessing prospects based on quality standards, leading onboarding and training processes for new mentors, and building strong relationships with mentors and gurus for long-term associations with Great Learning. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain a pool of Gurus with a strong pipeline - Scout and identify SMEs in technology stacks like Java, React, Python, Angular, JS, cybersecurity, etc. - Engage with prospects as a Great Learning ambassador - Assess prospects on their ability to deliver a Great Learning experience - Lead end-to-end onboarding and training process for new mentors - Orient and prepare new mentors, provide ongoing feedback and training - Forge meaningful relationships with mentors and gurus for long-term associations Qualifications Required: - Belief in learning for life and impacting lives through education - Strong problem-solving skills, aptitude, and stakeholder management - Quick learning ability of business processes - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to hold meaningful conversations with senior professionals Please note: Job location is Gurgaon with a work shift from 12 PM to 9 PM.,
