Intern - Community Operations

As an Intern in the Community Operations team at GL, you will play a crucial role in the international delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a pool of Gurus (Industry Experts), ensuring a strong pipeline to meet delivery targets while upholding the quality of the learning experience for customers. You will scout and identify subject matter experts in various technology stacks, engage with prospects as a Great Learning ambassador, and assess their ability to deliver a high-quality learning experience. Additionally, you will lead the onboarding and training process for new mentors, provide ongoing feedback and training to enhance their performance, and build lasting relationships with mentors and gurus for long-term association with Great Learning. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about lifelong learning, dedicated to making a positive impact through education, and who can enjoy the process while learning and growing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong aptitude, and effective stakeholder management abilities. You should have a quick learning ability to grasp business processes, along with exceptional oral and written communication skills. Furthermore, you should be capable of engaging in meaningful conversations with senior professionals. This position is based in Gurgaon, with a work shift from 12 PM to 9 PM.,
