Essential Functions

Coordination and Support:

• Collate and gather client and partner contact lists.
• Coordinate with SBU Heads and BD SPOCs to streamline the outreach process.
• Manage meeting schedules by sending reminders and supporting calendar alignment for SBU Heads.

Template and Process Management:

• Design and prepare templates for capturing conversations and feedback.
• Ensure that all feedback is documented in the prescribed formats.
• Track completion and timely submission of filled templates and forms.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Capture and document insights from conversations into structured templates.
• Compile weekly progress updates and submit reports to the CEO.
• Consolidate all insights into a final end-of-project report and presentation for leadership review.
