With structured onboarding, customized learning and development programs, mentorship opportunities, and best-in-class benefits, we aim to provide a supportive space for you to rediscover your career with us. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on optimizing sales for a group of products - Create business plans and strategize license brands business - Identify opportunities to capitalize on and collaborate with licensing teams - Drive license brand projects, track sales performance, and analyze margins and discounts - Monitor category growth and coordinate promotional activities - Plan and forecast orders effectively, analyze product/style level sales performance, and manage inventory - Foster collaborative partnerships with brand, sales, and marketing teams **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/NIFT with at least 6 years of experience in strategy, category management, planning, finance, or related areas - Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS-Office and knowledge of BI tools/statistics - Previous experience in retail or e-commerce, particularly in the accessories category, would be advantageous If you are someone with a minimum 6-month career gap and are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, we invite you to be a part of our innovative and dynamic team at Myntra.,
