Job Title :- Intern - Business Development (Sales) Location: - Noida/Remote Stipend: - Up to ₹10,000/month Internship Duration :- Up to 6 months Working Hours :- Flexible -About Us- We are an IT startup that delivers innovative tech solutions to businesses across various sectors. As we scale, we are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales team and contribute to our growth journey. -Role Overview- We seek Sales Interns who are aspiring MBA candidates or recent graduates with a keen interest in business development and tech sales. The intern will primarily be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and nurturing potential client relationships. -Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or sourced leads Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads for the sales team Follow up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools or spreadsheets Work closely with the sales team to develop and improve lead generation strategies Assist in setting up meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives Share feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness -Requirements- Pursuing or planning to pursue an MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude Basic understanding of B2B sales and technology solutions is a plus Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejections Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a bonus -What We Offer- Stipend up to ₹10,000/month based on performance Incentives up to 50,000 Exposure to real-time sales strategy in a high-growth startup environment Certificate of completion and potential for PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) Mentorship from experienced professionals in the tech and sales domains -To Apply:- Send your updated resume to anup@emertal.com with the subject line -"Application for Sales Intern-(Your Name)"
