Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with all inbound and outbound leads through calls and emails, qualifying and categorising them based on established criteria.
Schedule and reschedule demos efficiently while maintaining follow-ups to maximise attendance.
Analyse lead quality, engagement patterns, and use cases to identify trends and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, demo outcomes, and pre-sales activities with stakeholders.
Maintain and update lead information in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, identify opportunities, and enhance pre-sales effectiveness.
Propose innovative approaches to improve customer engagement and lead nurturing while ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
pre-sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar tool for lead management and reporting.
Highly organised with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
