Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Brand Activation intern to bring our brand to life by identifying key placement opportunities, managing on-ground activations, and creating memorable customer experiences. This individual will be the face of the brand in cafes, events, and cool retail spaces, ensuring that every activation resonates with our values and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1) Venue & Placement Coordination

  • Identify and establish partnerships with trendy cafes, and other strategic venues for product placement.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with venue owners to ensure optimal brand visibility.
  • Continuously scout for new locations that align with the brands identity and values.

2) Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including stock alignment, decor, setup, and teardown.
  • Represent the brand at events, interacting with customers, sampling products, and driving sales.
  • Oversee inventory and cash management during events, ensuring transparency and accountability.

3) Customer Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during activations, embodying the brands voice and ethos.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to refine future activations and strategies.
  • Ensure all activations uphold high-quality standards and maintain a consistent brand message.

4) Operational Management

  • Monitor inventory levels across activation venues, coordinating with internal teams for replenishments.
  • Maintain event budgets and track all associated expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Prepare post-activation reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand activation, event management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, especially in event decor and customer experience.
  • Basic financial acumen to handle cash management and inventory reconciliation.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in product placement or venue partnerships is a plus.
