Intern Agentic AI & Emerging Tools

A highly motivated and creative intern with a passion for Agentic AI and the latest technology tools is needed for a three-month internship. The intern will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Procurement teams to explore, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, automate processes, and enable better decision-making. This role provides hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI systems, automation workflows, and real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate for this internship opportunity is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields. Candidates from other disciplines with a proven passion for AI are also encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of AI concepts, automation tools, and digital workflows is required, with familiarity in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript considered an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Key roles and responsibilities include studying the latest trends in Agentic AI, LLM-based automation, and digital tools to identify opportunities for AI-driven process enhancements in HR, Finance, and Procurement. The intern will be responsible for building and testing AI-powered agents and automation workflows, experimenting with integrating AI solutions into existing systems, supporting HR in recruitment and employee engagement processes, working with Finance to optimize reporting and analytics, and assisting Procurement in automating vendor and contract management workflows. Benchmarking AI tools for performance, efficiency, and accuracy, and recommending process enhancements based on results are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the intern will maintain clear records of AI experiments, workflows, and results, and present findings to internal teams. Interns will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI technologies, insight into real business workflows in HR, Finance, and Procurement, mentorship from experienced AI and business process professionals, and a portfolio of AI-driven prototypes and solutions.
