About the Role

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial-minded intern to join our CXO research and consulting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership on high-impact talent strategy and business intelligence engagements focused on senior executives for Fortune 500 companies and leading private market players.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed profiling of CXO-level professionals across industries
• Support in building talent intelligence and leadership strategy frameworks for global clients
• Assist in industry research, background checks, and executive due diligence
• Coordinate and support leadership in managing executive profiling engagements
• Take ownership of select business initiatives, including internal strategy and growth projects

Qualifications

We welcome applications from students and recent graduates in the following disciplines:

• B.Com, BBA, Journalism, Economics (Hons), Marketing, HR, or MBA
