About the Role:

We are hiring interns for our

Customer Support & Service Excellence

team. The role offers hands-on exposure to handling student queries, improving service quality, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Handle student queries (calls, emails, chat).
Assist in resolving course, payment & live class issues.
Collect feedback & prepare reports.
Support service quality and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Problem-solving attitude & eagerness to learn.
