Interior Works Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Store Interior Project Manager to oversee the design, development, and execution of our footwear store interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, construction supervision, and cost management. You will be responsible for ensuring our stores are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with our brand identity, all while managing projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning:

* Develop and execute interior design concepts for new and existing footwear stores.

* Design and select key elements including flooring, ceiling treatments, lighting systems, and custom product display units.

* Create layouts and schematics that optimize customer flow and product visibility.

* Stay updated on retail design trends to ensure our stores remain modern and engaging.

2. Project Supervision & Management:

* Supervise on-site workers, vendors, and contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard and according to design specifications.

* Manage project timelines, coordinate schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and resolve any issues that arise during construction or installation.

3. Cost Calculation & Budgeting:

* Calculate and estimate costs for all materials, labor, and fixtures required for a project.

* Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for.

* Source materials and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

* Liaise with internal teams (like marketing and operations) to ensure the store design supports overall business goals.

* Serve as the main point of contact for all external vendors, from carpenters to electricians.
