Interior Stylist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating, styling, and enhancing interior spaces in alignment with our brand’s aesthetics and client preferences. You will work closely with the design, sales, and project teams to deliver visually appealing and functional spaces that reflect the client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute interior styling ideas based on project requirements and client preferences.
• Select appropriate furniture, décor, accessories, lighting, color palettes, and fabrics to enhance interiors.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to bring design concepts to life.
• Conduct on-site visits to style spaces, supervise setups, and ensure a perfect final look.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen for décor and styling elements.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and styling techniques.
• Create mood boards, sample layouts, and presentations to communicate styling concepts to clients.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of selected materials, products, and designs for future reference.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Interior Stylist or similar role.
• Skills Required:
• Strong eye for aesthetics, color, and composition.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, fabrics, and décor trends.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design software (preferred).
• Strong vendor and sourcing network for styling elements.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Passion for interiors with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
