Interior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in interior site execution / supervision
Qualification: Diploma or Any Degree in Civil / Interior Design or related field

Job Description:

We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out works from start to completion. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth workflow.
• Check measurements, quantities, and materials as per BOQ and drawings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at site.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD preferred).
