Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Interior Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and workforce.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Monitor material requirements, usage, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth site execution.
• Inspect finishes, detailing, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Enforce health & safety practices on-site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site documentation.
• Report site progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager/Engineer.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Interior / Architecture (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, office, or residential).
• Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
• Strong communication and team-handling skills.
• Practical knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery, and on-site coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
• Familiarity with interior detailing and finishing standards.
• Ability to manage workforce efficiently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
