Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, located in Noida. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site work, coordinating between design teams and contractors, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met, and resolving any site-related issues. The role also includes supervising workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and keeping stakeholders informed about project progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision and project management
• Knowledge of interior design principles and construction methods
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in using design software and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred
• Experience in residential projects is an advantage
