Position: Site Supervisor (Interior)
Location: FC Road, Pune

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are executed as per designs and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and workers to maintain seamless workflow.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards and guidelines on-site.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client requirements.
• Track project progress and provide updates to project managers.
• Manage site resources and resolve any on-ground issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of site activities, including attendance and materials used.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in site supervision for interior design or construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in understanding drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
