Position: Interior Site Supervisor Company: Atulayam Designs Location: Gurugram, Haryana Position: Interior Site Supervisor Qualification: BTech in Civil Engineering Experience: 2-5 years in Interior Site Supervision Gender Preference: Male Job Summary: Atulayam Designs is looking for a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior design project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong civil engineering background and hands-on experience managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with vendors and contractors and ensuring project quality and timelines are met. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all on-site interior construction and finishing activities. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with vendor, contractors, and site labor for smooth workflow. Conduct regular quality checks and resolve site-related issues. Address and resolve any on-site technical or execution challenges. Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations. Communicate progress updates with project managers and designers. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong Knowledge of Interior Construction processes and Materials Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings. Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills Hands-on experience in managing contractors and on-site resources. Knowledge of reading drawing's, preferably AutoCAD.
