We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site interior execution work. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, site coordination, quality control, and the ability to manage daily site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, design, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Check material availability and manage site inventory.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety protocols at the site.
• Provide daily progress reports to the project manager/office team.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, and finishing.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel to different sites if required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of site supervision experience.
