Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Engineer to manage and execute on-site interior projects from start to finish. The role involves vendor and client management, BOQ preparation, and maintaining project documentation while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, resolve queries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare, verify, and update Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation (drawings, reports, approvals).
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior site execution and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, vendor management, and site supervision.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
