Interior Sales

As an Interior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in the interior design and home improvement segment. Your role will involve generating and managing qualified leads, conducting client meetings to understand requirements, converting inquiries into confirmed projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with teams for timely project delivery, tracking sales performance, supervising the sales team, and staying updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and manage qualified leads through marketing channels, walk-ins, and referrals. - Conduct client meetings, understand design and budget requirements, and coordinate with the design team for proposals. - Convert inquiries into confirmed interior projects by providing the best design and pricing solutions. - Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle for satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with the design, production, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Track and report sales performance, targets, and market insights to management. - Supervise and mentor the sales executives/team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals. - Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and material innovations in the interior industry. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in interior design, modular kitchen, or home decor sales. - Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and pricing. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
