Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Interior Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their design needs, and offering suitable solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, following up with leads, conducting site visits, providing product information, and closing sales deals. The role requires maintaining records, generating reports, and collaborating with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of interior design and modular solutions
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
