Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Interior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from identifying prospects, conducting sales pitches, to closing sales deals. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored interior solutions. The manager will also collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met, prepare sales reports, and work towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, specifically in the interiors or related industry
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide creative interior solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience working in Hyderabad or knowledge of the local market is a plus
