Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales and marketing of premium home furniture manufactured by Sobha.
  • Meeting individual house owners for their interior requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in interior sales, preferably in furniture or modular kitchen industry.
  • Experience into B2C/ Direct sales / Field Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
