Job Title: Interior Purchase Executive (with Store Keeper Experience)

Experience: 3-7 years (preferred in interior fit-outs, construction, or architectural firms)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Purchase Executive with Store Keeper experience to manage procurement and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support interior design or fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:Procurement:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers of interior materials, furnishings, and construction goods.
  • Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Create purchase orders (POs) and track their status until delivery.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new potential suppliers.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and finance teams for procurement planning.

Store Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
  • Maintain stock levels and issue materials based on project/site requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory using inventory management software or manual logs.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Monitor and report on slow-moving or obsolete stock.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of interior and architectural materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and procurement software (e.g., Tally, ERP, MS Excel).
  • Ability to read and understand BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
