Interior Project Manager

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all interior site activities from start to finish.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.

• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and handle on-site challenges.

• Verify material requirements, BOQ, and ensure timely procurement.

• Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other interior finishing works.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

• Prepare and maintain daily / weekly site progress reports.

• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping at all times.

• Manage project handover with proper documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings and project management tools.

• Ability to handle manpower and site-related challenges.

• Willingness to travel and work under deadlines.
