Interior Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate interior projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor interior projects from initiation to handover
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Track materials, manpower, and site requirements
• Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth execution
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior project coordination
• Strong knowledge of interior execution and site coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
