Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Supervision:

    • Oversee day-to-day site activities including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
    • Ensure that all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and brand guidelines.
    • Maintain strict work schedule and quality control, adherence to timelines, and safety compliance at site.
  • Coordination & Communication:

    • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, mall management, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
    • Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges.
    • Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports with site photographs and status updates.
    • Track project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
    • Highlight potential risks or delays and suggest corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Handover:

    • Ensure compliance with mall guidelines, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
    • Oversee snag rectifications and ensure defect-free handover of the store.
    • Assist in store opening readiness in coordination with the operations and visual merchandising teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • 35 years of experience in

    retail fitout, interior contracting, or store development

    projects.
  • Hands-on experience supervising multiple fitout sites simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and site sequencing.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and site measurement.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent site management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible schedules.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and reporting tools.
